Liquid11 Sound Meditation combines sound healing and sound bath techniques to cultivate deep inner peace and release stress. For the spiritually adventurous, it offers an opportunity to explore different states of awareness.

During our session, your will be invited to look within yourself using meditation guiding, ambient music, didgeridoo playing, tuning forks, and a golden sound chalice. Regardless of your meditation experience, you will be offered an experience that's perfect for you in that moment.

Sounds meditation sessions can be delivered to individuals and corporate office locations around the greater Hobart area. If you are further afield, please get in contact to discuss your needs.

Public sessions are run in a safe and open environment. You will be supported in processing any arising emotions, and given opportunity to share your experiences authentically.

​

You will need to bring your own seat, stool, blanket, mat etc so you can sit or lie down in your most comfortable and supportive way.
